is the restaurant at the Hôtel Monsigny, situated in the centre of Nice in the ‘Libération’ district. Freshly renovated, this brasserie opens out onto Avenue Malausséna, with its large, sunny terrace in the heart of the Provençal market. It is covered in winter and the roof is removed as soon as the weather improves.
