The restaurant is open all year round. It is closed on Sunday evenings and Mondays (except for groups by prior arrangement). It may be closed for a period in January.
The restaurant serves gourmet cuisine made using fresh, seasonal produce. Truffade, local charcuterie, Salers beef, hearty stews and the unmissable cheeses of Auvergne – Saint-Nectaire, Bleu d’Auvergne and Cantal. Group menus are specially designed to provide a tailored experience.
The restaurant can accommodate groups of up to 80 people, with several rooms available for private hire depending on the size of the group. Bespoke arrangements can be made.
The restaurant is located near Bresse and Saint Anastaise. It is accessible by coach, with dedicated parking nearby. It is also easy to reach by car.
