The restaurant is open all year round. It is closed on Saturdays and Sundays from October to June (open on request for groups). It closes for the Christmas holidays.
The restaurant serves regional cuisine with influences from the Basque Country, the Landes and Spain. Group menus are specially designed to provide a tailored experience.
The restaurant can accommodate groups of up to 180 people.
The restaurant is located in Bayonne, on Chemin de Hayet, just a few minutes from the town centre. It is accessible by coach and has on-site parking.
