Set in a former miner’s house, nestled within a two-hectare nature reserve in Cransac-Les-Thermes in the Aveyron, the Hôtel-Restaurant du Parc
welcomes you.
In our traditional Aveyron restaurant, you will discover a varied and delicious menu, featuring local produce.
The air-conditioned dining room is very cosy with its fireplace, and there are two terraces that are lovely in summer; the 3-star hotel is very comfortable.

The restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. It is closed annually from 26 to 31 December inclusive.
The restaurant serves regional cuisine from the Aveyron, showcasing specialities such as aligot, Aveyron veal, lamb sweetbreads and estofinade. Group menus are specially designed to provide a tailored experience.
The restaurant can accommodate groups of up to 200 people.
The restaurant is located in Cransac-les-Thermes, on Rue du Général Artous, in the heart of the spa town. It is accessible by coach and has on-site parking.
