Just 10 minutes from the centre of Dijon (capital of the Dukes of Burgundy) and the Cité de la Gastronomie, on the edge of the Grands Crus wine route (Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune), at the border of the Auxois and Morvan regions, and a short distance from the Saône and Doubs rivers, we cultivate a passion for taste and flavour.
